Booking conditions


1.Accomodation can be taken from 3.00PM on first day of holiday

2.Vacation is at 10.00AM on date of departure.

3.Dogs/pets are not permitted unless by special arrangement.

4.Caravans must not be overloaded-it is illegal and renders our insurance void. (IE: a six berth caravan will house no more than six people and so on)

5.All final payments must be received in time unless by special arrangement.

6.Caravans must be left clean and tidy-Please remember that they are not part of the Haven fleet, but are privately owned.

7.Park rules must be obeyed at all times.

8.Clients are responsible for all damage/breakage’s.

9. Irons must not be used in caravans - they can sometimes blow fuses - please use facilities at launderette.

10.Accomodation is only for the persons nominated on the final booking form.

11.All club membership is included as is gas, electricity and bed linen.

NB: Anyone found breaking the above conditions may relinquish their holiday without refund
